The Important Stuff

When you get an order summary (invoice) from the company you bought from, just upload it to Dashboard! Uploading to our Dashboard is the way to ensure your shipments THE FASTEST service. You can also forward it as an email to inbound@mailboxes.bm with “Heads Up” in the subject line. If you don’t provide us the invoice before your order arrives in Delaware, the shipment will be delayed. Please send packages only. We do not accept magazine subscriptions or standard mail.

If you are truly interested in air-freighting some BIG stuff, reach out to us via phone, e-mail, or chat, and ask to speak to one of our managers about Extra Large Imports

Your Mailboxes address must be complete on all shipping labels and MUST include YOUR NAME and MAILBOXES MEMBERSHIP NUMBER
Orders are received and forwarded by our Mailboxes US Facility Monday-Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm

Weekly vs. Express shipping

Use Express: When you need your stuff and you need it now. We immediately ship it to Bermuda as we receive it in Delaware (as long as we already have your invoice!

Use Weekly: when you have a lot of packages coming to our centre within the same time frame (i.e. you ordered a bunch of stuff from Amazon that is arriving separately, and nothing is urgently needed. We’ll hold everything until Saturday and ship it altogether so you save money.

A Quick Tip

When shipping weekly make sure you purchase with enough time for packages to arrive. If your packages arrive before Friday they can be collected on the following Wednesday. otherwise you might be waiting a while for certain pieces. Note we ONLY hold packages for up to 7 days so if some things are missing by Friday we cannot hold what we have until the rest arrives.

Do NOT include both Weekly and Express on your order in the 2nd address field.
If you do this we will ship everything Express.

Dimensional Weight Calculations

Airlines and couriers bill by actual or dimensional weight; whichever is the greater.
This means the space that it takes up on the plane, or the physical weight of the package.

Large Light Items

Like a pillow will be charged dimensional weight because they’re not heavy, but they’ll take up a lot of space on the aircraft.

Small, Heavy Items

Like necklaces will be charged actual weight because they don’t take up a lot of space but are heavy (depending on the quality… but that’s your business)
